1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BJBaji. This website, accessible at bjbaji.cash, is operated by BJBaji and provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related services to eligible users. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you and BJBaji.

By accessing the BJBaji platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with BJBaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be accessing the BJBaji platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, accounts operated by third parties, and accounts held in trust for another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BJBaji employee in a role that could provide an unfair advantage.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from BJBaji or had a BJBaji account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

BJBaji may request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe will result in the suspension of account functionality until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Opening a BJBaji account is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not register using false information, pseudonyms, or the details of another person.

Each individual is permitted to hold one BJBaji account. Attempting to open a second account — whether to access a second welcome bonus, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of both accounts.

• Username and password must be kept confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your BJBaji login credentials.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change, including your mobile number or email address.
• BJBaji may, at its discretion, decline any application to register without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

BJBaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. KYC documentation may be requested at any point during the lifetime of an account. This typically includes a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC) and proof of your registered payment method.

4. Account Security

Your obligations regarding account security include:

• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying BJBaji immediately at support@bjbaji.cash if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the BJBaji platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BJBaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay — same-day processing
• SadaPay — same-day processing
• IBFT Bank Transfer — up to 3 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to card issuer processing times

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no BJBaji-imposed fee on standard deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 3 hours for IBFT transfers during normal operating hours.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your BJBaji account. Withdrawals to third-party payment details are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. BJBaji may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which are defined internally and may change from time to time.

6. Betting Rules

BJBaji offers sports betting, in-play live betting, and outright betting markets across more than 30 sports. By placing any bet on the BJBaji platform, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the BJBaji system, except where a Cash Out option is expressly available and activated by you prior to the event's conclusion.
• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and account tier. BJBaji reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual accounts without providing a reason.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. For live in-play bets, the odds accepted are those displayed at the moment you click to confirm — BJBaji's system processes bets in real time and will display a revised price for your acceptance if odds change significantly between your click and system confirmation.
• All cricket bets are settled using official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant domestic board). For PSL matches, the official PSL-declared result stands. DLS results are treated as official results.
• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible under competition rules, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches completed via DLS are settled on the official result.
• BJBaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event may have been compromised, regardless of whether an official investigation is ongoing.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) are permitted. All legs must win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner. One voided leg typically results in the accumulator being recalculated without that leg, but specific rules are displayed at the time of bet placement.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

BJBaji regularly offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. These include welcome deposit matches, free bet credits, PSL-specific promotions, reload bonuses, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value). The specific multiple for each promotion is stated in the offer terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, only real-money bets count toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed with other bonus funds do not contribute to the wagering requirement of a different active bonus.
• Contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual offer terms.

8. Casino and Live Games

BJBaji's casino and live dealer section operates under the following rules that complement the general Terms above:

• All slot and RNG games at BJBaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited on a regular basis. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available within the game information screen.
• Live dealer games are hosted by certified studio facilities and stream in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes observed on camera and are not subject to BJBaji system influence.
• Game malfunctions — whether due to disconnection, technical error, or a confirmed software fault — will void any round in progress. Stakes committed to a voided round will be credited back to your account. BJBaji is not responsible for losses arising from your own internet disconnection during a live game round.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may fluctuate in real time. A jackpot is confirmed only when formally triggered and displayed as won within the game interface. No other communication constitutes a jackpot confirmation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BJBaji platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies targeting bonus terms, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage over BJBaji or other participants.
• Match-fixing exploitation — placing bets with knowledge of predetermined match outcomes or having any involvement with individuals engaged in match manipulation.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your BJBaji account.
• Money laundering — using the BJBaji platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. BJBaji is required by law to report suspicious financial activity.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight.
• Fraudulent identity — registering using false personal information or impersonating another person.
• Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward BJBaji staff, live dealer hosts, or other platform users in any chat or communication channel.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

BJBaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, where:

• A breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• Requested KYC documentation is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account is inactive (no login or financial activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• The account holder requests closure through the self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.
• BJBaji is instructed to close the account by a court order, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BJBaji will hold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where no fault is found, remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Where a material breach is confirmed, BJBaji reserves the right to withhold funds representing bonuses, bonus winnings, or gains from prohibited conduct.

Members who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@bjbaji.cash. All genuine pending withdrawal requests submitted before account closure will be processed in the normal timeframe.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

BJBaji is not liable for:
